nother new look
you probably think i'm weird, but i like to design web pages more then run them. the good thing is that once i have designed a new look, i can usually run the fed and not get bored with the look for several monthes. anyway, hope you like it. |
new wrestlers kicking ass and taking names
i added quite a few wrestlers to the roster. that brings the total up to 10, check to see if your on it. if you are, go ahead and start roleplaying. the more everybody roleplays the sooner we can get started. 10 isn't a lot, but it should be enough for a first show if everybody roleplays. bringin' the fed to the top
i am asking everyone who has a wrestler here in throwdown wrestling to click on the animation on the right side of the page for the iwo top 1000 e-feds. it will open in a new window and all you have to do is let the page load, then close it. it will help to bring good wrestlers to this site as soon as we get high enough. we are already in the top 100, but we could make it #1. |
two new guides added
with the update of the page, i added a roleplay guide and a basic html guide. they're not much, but they should help out newer wrestlers in learning how to roleplay correctly and how to make their roleplays look visually good. check them out under the section 'back stage'.
i will probably add more to the guides in the future as well as possibly add an e-fed guide. |
nav menu info
there are 6 different headings on the nav menu at the top of the page [it is only visable with internet explorer 4+].
'the locker room' is anything that has to do with wrestlers such as the roster. 'make a name' contains everything you need to build your career such as the roleplay board and forms. 'tv events' has the cards and results. 'inside td' contains the ooc board, the rules, and a link back to the main page [this page]. 'in the books' is the archives and past history of throwdown wrestling. and 'back stage' is the guides and e-mail address.

you may have noticed that on the right side of the page there are two pictures. one says 'startpage' and the other says 'favorites'. the first picture can be used to make throwdown wrestling your startpage when you start up internet explorer. the second picture can be used to automatically add throwdown wrestling to your favorites list in internet explorer. |
hey, when this sh-- gonna start?
believe it or not, but I will try to get this fed up and running for good, finally. it's almost at the end of summer, and i'm going to college in a couple of weeks, which should give me more time to work on this fed. that sounds weird, but it's true. nobody wants to run a fed and be inside all the time during summer when it's nice outside. |
typing monkeys needed
we need a couple people to help with the site. we can't pay you, but it won't be much, just little things. i don't know if anyone is gonna want to do it (probably not), but if you do you can e-mail us at what_joe_mama@yahoo.com.
we have a vp, but we need other positions like card and results writers. we also need some help in creating wrestler bios. we'll allow you to keep a wrestler and work if you were wondering, but cause we make all the major decisions anyway. if you're interested in being commish or a writer, the e-mail your request.

it's all about the contract
if you want to join throwdown wrestling, you need to sign a contract, which is under the section 'make a name'. make sure you read through all of the rules. after you have been added to the roster you need to roleplay every week so you are not removed. the contract will last as long as the fed is open, unless you are fired for rule violations.
